“رئيس الجامعة” يزور كلية الآداب ويعقد اجتماعًا لمجلس الكلية 

قام صباح اليوم أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس بزيارة لكلية الآداب، حيث كان في استقبال سيادته أ.د. محمد مازن جلال عميد الكلية والسادة الوكلاء ورؤساء الأقسام، وقام سيادته بعقد اجتماعًا لمجلس الكلية برئاسته وحضور السيد عميد الكلية والسادة الوكلاء ورؤساء الأقسام العلمية والسادة أعضاء المجلس.

في بداية الاجتماع وجه “رئيس الجامعة” التحية للحضور جميعًا، مؤكدا على أهمية دور الكلية في اعداد خريج متميز فى مجال اللغات والآداب و العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية وفق المعايير الاكاديمية، قادر على القيام بدور فعال فى مجال البحث العلمى وخدمة المجتمع وحل مشكلاته، ليكون مؤهلا للمنافسة بقوة في سوق العمل.

وشدد “حنيجــــــــــل” على أهمية مواصلة الجهود لتحسين مستوى المخرج التعليمي من الكلية، مؤكدا على أن سوق العمل يحتاج الي مختلف التخصصات شريطة التأهيل بشكل يسمح باللحاق بمتطلباته، واثنى سيادته على البرامج الأكاديمية الغير تقليدية التي تمكنت الكلية من استحداثها لتأهيل خريجيها، مطالبا بزيادة التطوير والتحديث لأجل تحقيق تقدم للكلية.

كما وجه “رئيس الجامعة” التحية لإدارة الكلية لما بذلته من جهد للرقي بمنظومة العمل بها طوال السنوات السابقة، مشيدًا بالإنجازات التي شهدتها في مختلف القطاعات.

وعلى هامش الاجتماع فتح “رئيس الجامعة” باب الاقتراع لاختيار ممثل الكلية في لجنة اختيار عميد كليه الآداب وذلك لقرب موعد فتح باب التقدم لشغل منصب عميد الكلية، حيث تم اختيار مرشح أساسي وآخر احتياطي لعضوية لجنة الاختيار، متمنيًا للجميع التوفيق والتقدم.

The University President Visits the Faculty of Arts and Chairs a Faculty Council Meeting

This morning, Prof. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, visited the Faculty of Arts, where he was received by Prof. Mohamed Mazen Galal, Dean of the Faculty, along with the vice-deans and heads of departments. During his visit, the President chaired a Faculty Council meeting attended by the Dean, department heads, and council members.

At the beginning of the meeting, the University President extended his greetings to all attendees, emphasizing the pivotal role of the Faculty of Arts in preparing distinguished graduates in the fields of languages, literature, social sciences, and humanities. He highlighted the importance of aligning academic programs with established academic standards to ensure graduates are well-equipped for active roles in research, community service, and problem-solving, while also being competitive in the job market.

Prof. Heniegal stressed the need to continue efforts to improve the quality of educational outcomes, noting that the labor market requires graduates from diverse specializations provided they are adequately prepared to meet its demands. He commended the faculty’s innovative academic programs, which have been developed to better equip graduates for employment, and called for further development and modernization to advance the faculty’s standing.

The President also praised the faculty administration for its dedication to enhancing its operational systems over the past years, lauding the achievements made across various sectors.

On the sidelines of the meeting, the University President facilitated a voting process to select the faculty’s representative for the committee tasked with choosing the next Dean of the Faculty of Arts, as the application window for the position will soon open. A primary and a reserve candidate were selected for membership on the committee. The President concluded by wishing all nominees success and progress.
