اللقاء الثاني مع واحد من صقور المخابرات المصرية بال واخد من ثمانية قاموا بتأسيس جهاز المخابرات المصرية محسن ممتاز الاسطورة التى اشتهرة فترة الثمانينات وكان معظم الناس تعتقد انها قصة من نسج غيال مؤلف المسلسل العربى رأفت الهجان. ولكن فى الحقيقة سوف نتعرف على شخصية محسن ممتاز الحقيقية.
صاحب شخصية محسن ممتاز الحقيقية هو اللواء عبد المحسن فائق، واحد من الضباط الأحرار المصريين الثمانية وأحد مؤسسي جهاز المخابرات العامة المصرية، اختاره الزعيم الراحل جمال عبد الناصر لتكوين جهاز المخابرات العامة في مصر عقب ثورة ١٩٥٢”،
عبد المحسن فايق ضابط مخابرات مصري برتبة لواء برزت شخصية وتمت معرفته من خلال مسلسل رأفت الهجان باسم «محسن ممتاز» وأصبح صيته ذائعًا في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي عند عرض المسلسل فهو من اكتشف شخصيّة رأفت الهجان(او رفعت الجمال) والتى يحكى بها لهذا الوقت وكان اكتشاف من أبرز أعمال حياته لما شهدته مصر من خير نتيجة المعلومات الي قدمها رفعت الجمال الذي تدرب على يد عبد المحسن.
وكان دور اللواء عبد المحسن الرئيسي يتركز في النشاط الخارجي ضد إسرائيل، . ثم اكتشف وتدرب الجاسوس المصري رفعت الجمال. وهو الذي رمز له بشخصية محسن ممتاز الذي قام بدوره يوسف شعبان في مسلسل رأفت الهجان.
تخرج “عبد المحسن فائق الخويسكي” من الكلية الحربية 1942 وشارك في كل حروب مصر ضد العدو الصهيوني وكان دوره الرئيسي يتركز في النشاط الخارجي ضد إسرائيل وظل فترة طويلة يعمل في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بخصوص هذا الدور الذي كلف به كواحد من اكفأ العناصر إن لم يكن الاكفأ.
قام اللواء عبد المحسن اثناء خدمته بالقبض على “دافيد اهارون” الجاسوس الاسرائيلى في العراق وسلمه للقاهرة
كما قبض أيضا على “موشى سالفينى” الجاسوس الاسرائيلى في اثيوبيا وسلمه للقاهرة
تم تعيينه وكيلا لوزارة التموين بعد الخروج من الخدمة في المخابرات المصرية وتوفى سنة 1988 .

The owner of Mohsen Mumtaz’s true personality is Major General Abdel Mohsen Faeq, one of the eight Egyptian Free Officers and one of the founders of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service, chosen by the late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser to form the General Intelligence Service in Egypt after the 1952 revolution.
Abdel Mohsen Fayek, an Egyptian intelligence officer with the rank of major general, emerged as a personality and was known through the series Raafat Al-Hagan as “Mohsen Mumtaz”, and his reputation became popular in the eighties of the last century when the series was shown. One of the most prominent works of his life was the goodness that Egypt witnessed as a result of the information provided by Refaat El-Gammal, who was trained by Abdel-Mohsen.
Major General Abdul Mohsen’s main role was focused on foreign activity against Israel. Then he discovered and trained the Egyptian spy Rifaat El-Gamal. He was symbolized by the character of Mohsen Mumtaz, who played the role of Youssef Shaaban in the Raafat Al-Hagan series.
“Abdul Mohsen Faeq Al-Khawisky” graduated from the Military Academy in 1942 and participated in all of Egypt’s wars against the Zionist enemy, and his main role was concentrated in external activity against Israel. .
Major General Abdel Mohsen, during his service, arrested “David Aharon,” the Israeli spy in Iraq, and handed him over to Cairo.
He also arrested Moshe Salvini, the Israeli spy in Ethiopia, and extradited him to Cairo
He was appointed undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply after leaving the service in the Egyptian intelligence, and he died in 1988.
