تماشيا مع سياسات الدولة الخاصة بتوطين صناعة السيارات في مصر وايمانا منا بمستقبل صناعة السيارات في ظل المناخ الاستثماري الجاذب لكبرى الشركات العالمية فنحن بصدد الاعلان عن اكبر شراكة في هذا المجال.
شهد الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، توقيع اتفاقية إطارية بين الحكومة المصرية وشركة مصانع عز السويدي، وذلك تماشياَ مع أهداف البرنامج الوطني لتنمية صناعة السيارات AIDP في مصر وكذلك تماشيًا مع خطة الدولة الخاصة بتوطين صناعة السيارات في مصر
وقع الاتفاقية كل من الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة، صندوق تمويل صناعة السيارات صديقة البيئة، ووحدة صناعة السيارات التابعة لوزارة التجارة والصناعة ممثلًا عن الحكومة المصرية، كما قام بالتوقيع السيد الاستاذ/ عبد الرحمن سلطان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مصانع عز السويدي، وذلك في حضور هشام عز العرب رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة مصانع عز السويدي، والسفير زماني بن اسماعيل سفير ماليزيا في مصر، سامح علي، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات بالشركة.
وتضافرت جهود وخبرات كل من اكبر الشركات في قطاع السيارات (عز العرب) واكبر الشركات في مجال التصنيع (السويدي كابيتال) لتكوين شراكة صناعية كبرى من شأنها جذب العديد من العلامات التجارية في مجال السيارات وقطع الغيار وإعادة التصدير والبيع بالجملة. ويقوم هذا الكيان الضخم في عالم السيارات على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية وهي: لا بديل عن الجودة ؛ التصدير؛ والسيارات الكهربائية.
جدير بالذكر أن صناعة السيارات في مصرتشهد تحركات حكومية جادة من أجل التوسع في الإنتاج المحلي، فتعد هذه الشراكة بمثابة خطوة هامة لدعم السوق المصري، فمصانع عز السويدي هي خطوة محورية باستثمارات تتخطى الـ 15 مليون دولار، وبطاقة إنتاجية قد تصل إلى 50 ألف سيارة خلال السنوات القادمة. حيث تعمل على إنتاج سيارات الوقود التقليدية والسيارات الكهربائية للسوق المحلي وكذلك التصدير لدول أخرى والذي سيبدأ مباشرة مع بداية الإنتاج.
Egypt is rehoming the automobile industry

In the lead of the country’s policies regarding the localization of the automobile industry in Egypt and our belief in the future of the automobile industry and attracting investment climate for major international companies, we are about to announce the largest partnership in this field.
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, witnessed the signing of a framework agreement between the Egyptian government and Ezz El Sewedy Factories Company, in line with the objectives of the National Automotive Industry Development Program (AIDP) in Egypt, as well as in line with the state plan to localize the automotive industry in Egypt.
The agreement was signed by the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Environmentally Friendly Automotive Industry Finance Fund, and the Automotive Industry Unit of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, representing the Egyptian government. It was also signed by Mr. Abdel Rahman Sultan, CEO of Ezz Al Suwaidi Factories Company, in the presence of Hisham Ezz. Al-Arab, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ezz Al-Suwaidi Factories Company, Ambassador Zamani Bin Ismail, Malaysian Ambassador to Egypt, and Sameh Ali, Chief Operating Officer of the company.
The efforts and expertise of the largest companies in the automotive sector (Ezz Al Arab) and the largest companies in the manufacturing field (El Sewedy Capital) have combined to form a major industrial partnership that will attract many brands in the field of cars, spare parts, re-export and wholesale sales. This huge entity in the world of cars is based on three main axes: there is no substitute for quality; export; And electric cars.
It is worth noting that the automotive industry in Egypt is witnessing serious government moves to expand local production. This partnership is an important step to support the Egyptian market. Ezz El-Sewedy’s factories are a pivotal step with investments exceeding $15 million, and a production capacity that may reach 50,000 cars over the years. It works on producing conventional fuel cars and electric cars for the local market, as well as exporting to other countries, which will begin directly with the start of production.
