انتشار مرض الجديري المائي بين الطلاب في عدد من المدارس بالمحافظات

بعد تداول خبر انتشار مرض الجديرى المائي في المدارس وقلق أولياء الأمور،خاطبت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى، بالأمس الأربعاء 3/1/2024،المديريات التعليمية بجميع المحافظات بشأن انتشار مرض الجديري المائي بين الطلاب في عدد من المدارس بالمحافظات.
وتلقت غرفة العمليات المركزية بالوزارة تقريرًا يفيد بانتشار المرض بين الطلاب،ووجهت الوزارة باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية وتوعية الطلاب بكيفية الوقاية من مرض الجديري المائي بالمدارس مع اعتبار الأمر هامًا وعاجلًا.
وشملت تعليمات مخاطبة التأمين الصحي لتوفير زائرة صحية داخل المدارسخلال فترة الامتحانات، والحرص على التباعد الجسدي بين الطلاب، إلى جانبالتنبيه على أولياء أمور الطلاب بإحضار أدوات شخصية لكل طالب (كمامة– مطهر) والإبلاغ عن أي حالات مرضية تصيب أبناءهم للتعامل معها فورًا.
وتعليقًا على ما تم تداوله بشأن الخطاب الموجه من وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني للمديريات التعليمية بشأن مرض الجديري المائي، أوضح شاديزلطة المتحدث الرسمي باسم الوزارة، أن الخطاب يستهدف اتخاذ الإجراءاتالاحترازية المعتادة لمواجهة الأمراض المعدية التي تصاحب دخول فصل الشتاء ومن بينها الجديري المائي.
وأكد «زلطة» في تصريحات صحفية، أن هذه الإجراءات تمثل خطوة معتادةيتم التوجيه بها بشكل دوري مع بداية إجراء الامتحانات ولا تعكس انتشارا لأيأمراض بعينها.
وأضاف المتحدث الرسمي أن الإجراءات التي تم التوجيه بها فيما يتعلقبالجديري المائي تمثل إجراءً احترازيا معتادا عقب ظهور حالة بإحدى المدارس،مشيرا إلى أن هناك تنسيقا كاملا مع وزارة الصحة والسكان في حال رصد أيحالات مرضية على الطلاب.
يفيد بانتشار مرض الجديري المائي أو الجدري المائي بين الطلاب في عدد منالمدارس، ويعتبر الجدري المائي من الأمراض سريعة الانتشار، وينتقل عبرالرذاذ.
جدير بالذكر أن مرض الجديري المائي ينتشر عن طريق التعامل المباشر معشخص مصاب، واستنشاق الهواء المحمل بالرذاذ الناتج عن عطس أو سعالمن الشخص المصاب.
كما ينتشر من ملامسة السوائل الناتجة عن الفقاعات الجلدية، ويمكن أنتنتشر عدوى الفيروس من الشخص المصاب للآخرين لمدة 48 ساعة قبل ظهورالطفح الجلدي ويظل الفيروس معديًا إلى حين تقشر البثور المفتوحة.
والجديري المائي هو مرض بسيط عادةً، ولكنه قد يصبح خطيرًا ويسبب مضاعفات مثل:
العدوى البكتيرية للجلد
الأنسجة الرخوة
الجفاف بسبب فقدان السوائل من الجسم
التهاب الرئة
التهاب الدماغ
متلازمة راي التي تصيب الأطفال والمراهقين الذين يتناولون الأسبرين خلالالإصابة بجدري الماء

The Ministry of Education takes informative and precautious onthe way to preventing chickenpox in schools, under important and urgent signature.

After circulating the news of the spread of chickenpox in schools and the concern of parents, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, yesterday, Wednesday 1/3/2024, addressed the educational directorates in all governorates regarding the spread of chickenpox among students in a number of schools in the governorates.
The Ministry’s Central Operations Room received a report indicating the spread of the disease among students, and directed the Ministry to take all preventive and precautionary measures and educate students on how to prevent chickenpox in schools, considering the matter important and urgent.
It included instructions to contact health insurance to provide a health visitor inside schools during the examination period, and to ensure physical distancing between students, in addition to alerting students’ parents to bring personal tools for each student (a mask – disinfectant) and to report any disease cases affecting their children to deal with them immediately.
Commenting on what was circulated regarding the letter addressed by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to educational directorates regarding chickenpox, Shadi Zalta, the ministry’s official spokesman, explained that the letter aims to take the usual precautionary measures to confront infectious diseases that accompany the onset of the winter season, including chickenpox.
Zalta confirmed in press statements that these procedures represent a usual step that is directed periodically at the beginning of exams and does not reflect the spread of any specific diseases.
The official spokesman added that the measures that were directed regarding chickenpox represent a usual precautionary measure following the emergence of a case in a school, indicating that there is full coordination with the Ministry of Health and Population in the event that any disease cases are detected in students.
It is reported that chickenpox or chickenpox has spread among students in a number of schools. Chickenpox is considered a rapidly spreading disease and is transmitted through droplets.
It is worth noting that chickenpox spreads through direct contact with an infected person, and inhaling air filled with droplets resulting from a sneeze or cough from the infected person.
It also spreads from contact with fluids resulting from skin blisters. The virus infection can spread from an infected person to others for 48 hours before the rash appears, and the virus remains contagious until the open blisters crust over.
Chickenpox is usually a simple disease, but it can become serious and cause complications such as:
Bacterial infection of the skin
Soft tissue
Dehydration due to loss of fluids from the body
Pneumonia
Brain inflammation
Reye’s syndrome, which affects children and teenagers who take aspirin during chickenpox
Coagulation
