أمسيات القادة الثقافية الرمضانية
في إطار تفعيل خطة المركز الاعلامي لمؤسسة القادة للعلوم الإدارية والتنمية بالإسكندرية ،،عقدت أمسية رمضانية تفاعلية في اطار تفعيل خطة أمسيات ثقافية رمضانية علي مدار الثلاثين يوما ،
أدارت الندوة التفاعلية د. أماني عبد الجواد رئيس المكتب التنفيذي للمؤسسة بالإسكندرية، و عضو الهيئة الاستشارية العليا لشئون الموار البشرية والتدريب.
القت د. ندي أيمن مساعد رئيس لجنة الشباب بمؤسسة القادة بالإسكندرية ،المحاضرة بعنوان
“ لوجيستيات التصدير في مصر”
و التي تعد حجر الزاوية للتعافي الاقتصادي لمصر لكل العمليات الاقتصاديةلكي تنقل الميزة التنافسية وذلك عن طريق الانشطة اللوجستية الاساسيةوالداعمة اي الانشطة الداعمة للعملية الانتاحية والانشطة التي تتم بعد الانتهاءمن العملية الانتاجية ومنها:
١_ وسائل النقل بأنواعها.
٢- التأمين على البضائع وظهور الانكوترميز.
٣_ التخزين.
٤_ دراسة النظم الجمركية
٥_ خدمة العملاء واوامر الطلب
٦_ التنبؤ.
* وتعد دراسة اللوجستيات وسلاسل الإمداد من الأمور الهامة
١.لتعظيم العائد الاقتصادي وتوفير العملات الاجنبية وزيادة الصادراتوالقدرة التنافسية.
2. تحسين كفاءة العمليات من خلال التخطيط الجيد والتنسيق بين النشاطاتوالاطراف من الموردين والمصنعين ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية والعملاء.
3. تحسين تدفقات المواد الخام والنقود والمعلومات عبر جميع مراحل سلسلةالامداد.
4. تقليل التكاليف التشغلية والفواقد وزمن التسليم.
5. تحسين جودة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة.
و قد قامت مصر بوضع خطة قصيرة الي متوسطة المدى في سبتمبر( ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٤) و من( ٢٠٢٤-٢٠٣٠)
و ترتكز الخطة قصيرة المدى على مرحلة التأهيل التى تعتمد على التدخلالسريع للدولة برفع كفاءة التشغيل بالموانىء والظهير الممتد لها.
وقد تفقد السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي ميناء الاسكندرية ووضع حجرالاساس لمحطة تحيا مصر متعددة الاغراض
وزيادة الطاقة والقدرة الاستيعابية للموانىء، وادخال التحول الرقمي للمنظومةبأكملها..
بينما جاءت الخطة متوسطة المدى استكمالا حتى عام ٢٠٣٠ للتوسع وجعلمصر مركز للتجارة العالمية واللوجستيات
و تم التعاقد مع خمسة تحالفات عالمية لادارة وتشغيل ٥محطات جديدة..
فشهد قطاع النقل واللوجستيات في مصر تطورا كبيرا وفقا لشهادة الهيئاتالدولية
جدير بالذكر أن مصر قد تقدمت في مؤشر أداء الخدمات اللوجستية LPI٢٠٢٣ نحو ١٠ مراكز فحققت المرتبة ٥٧ على مستوى العالم من إجمالي ١٣٩ دولة والمرتبة السابعة عربيا بقيمة ٣.١ نقاط.
وقد لقت الأمسية تفاعلا واهتماما كبيرا من الحاضرين
Ramadan cultural leaders’ evenings

Within the framework of activating the plan of the media center of the Leaders Foundation for Administrative Sciences and Development in Alexandria, an interactive Ramadan evening was held within the framework of activating the plan for Ramadan cultural evenings over the course of thirty days.
The interactive symposium was moderated by Dr. Amani Abdel Gawad, Head of the Foundation’s Executive Office in Alexandria, and Member of the Supreme Advisory Board for Human Resources and Training Affairs.
Dr. Nada Ayman, Assistant Chairman of the Youth Committee at the Leaders Foundation in Alexandria, presented a lecture entitled
“Export Logistics in Egypt“
Which is considered the cornerstone of Egypt’s economic recovery for all economic operations in order to transfer competitive advantage through basic and supporting logistical activities, that is, activities that support the production process and activities that take place after the completion of the production process, including:
1_ All kinds of means of transportation.
2- Cargo insurance and the emergence of encoding.
3_ Storage.
4_ Study of customs systems
5_ Customer service and ordering orders
6_ Prediction.
* The study of logistics and supply chains is important
1. To maximize economic returns, save foreign currencies, and increase exports and competitiveness.
2. Improving the efficiency of operations through good planning and coordination between activities and parties, including suppliers, manufacturers, logistics service providers, and customers.
3. Improving the flows of raw materials, money and information across all stages of the supply chain.
4. Reducing operational costs, losses and delivery time.
5. Improving the quality of products and services provided.
Egypt has developed a short to medium-term plan in September (2021-2024) and from (2024-2030).
The short-term plan is based on the rehabilitation phase, which depends on the rapid intervention of the state to raise the operating efficiency of the ports and the extension of ports.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inspected the port of Alexandria and laid the foundation stone for the Tahya Misr multi-purpose station.
Increasing the capacity and capacity of ports, and introducing digital transformation to the entire system.
While the medium-term plan was to continue until 2030 to expand and make Egypt a center for global trade and logistics
Five international alliances were contracted to manage and operate 5 new stations.
The transportation and logistics sector in Egypt has witnessed significant development according to the testimony of international bodies
It is worth noting that Egypt has advanced about 10 places in the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) 2023, achieving 57th place in the world out of a total of 139 countries and seventh place in the Arab world, with a value of 3.1 points.
