أكد الدكتور محمد الجندي،
عميد كلية الدعوة بجامعة الأزهر، أن العمل في الإسلام ليس مجرد واجب دنيوي،
بل هو ركن أساسي من الأخلاق ومكون أساسي لي تماسك المجتمع
وأوضح إن الإسلام يعزز فكرة إتقان العمل والإحسان فيه،
مشيرًا إلى قول النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم:
إن الله يحب إذا عمل أحدكم عملاً أن يتقنه،
وهو تأكيد على أن العمل يجب أن يكون مقرونا با لإتقان والجودة.
و أضاف أن هناك ترابطاً قوياً بين الإحسان في العمل وبين كسب الرزق الحلال و اللقمة الحلال تنبت ولداً صالحاً وتكون سبباً في قبول الدعاء،
مؤكدا أن عدم إتقان العمل أو التقصير فيه يؤدي إلى فساد المجتمع وسقوط التنمية،
مما يجعل إتقان العمل واجباً شرعياً.
وأشار إلى أن الإحسان و الاتقان في العمل يتطلبان مراقبة الله تعالى،
حيث لا يكون العمل متقنا إلا بوجود ضمير حي يراقب الأداء،
بعيدًا عن الرقابة الشكلية مثل البصمة التقليدية،
مؤكدا أهمية البصمة الإيمانية التي تعتمد على رقابة الله الداخلية،
مشدداً على أن هذه الرقابة تساعد في ضبط العمل الدنيوي و الأخروي على حد سواء.
