عاشت العرب والمسلمين فترة طويلة من الاحتلال الغربى لها ولاراضيها ونهب خيراتها وكان يسمى فى ذلك الوقت بغزو استراتيجي اى بغزو عسكري وخطة حربية، وتخطيط للعمليات العسكرية قبل نشوب الحروب ثم الى حرب بالسلاح.
وقد راح ضحية هذه الحروب الكثيرة والكثير من الضحايا العسكريين والمدنيين للدولة المحتله هذا غير استنذاف ونهب كل موارد الدولة المحتله ونهب خيراتها وعانت الكثير من الدول العربية مثل وهذا للتذكير وليس للحصر.
مصر فى معركة الشرطة ضد الاحتلال الانجليزى فى محافظة الإسماعيلية فى ٢٥ يناير ١٩٥٢ سقط ٥٦ شهيدا و٧٣ جريحا.
أكتوبر ١٩٥٦ تصدى المصريون للعدوان الثلاثى على بورسعيد ووصل عدد الشهداء إلى ٧٤٣ شهيدا طبقا لإحصاءات لجنة التاريخ والتراث المصرية.
فى عام ١٩٦٧ سقط ما بين ١٠ و١٥ ألف شهيد فى الحرب ضد إسرائيل،
وفى حرب أكتوبر ١٩٧٣ سقط أكثر ٨ آلاف شهيد، و١٢ ألف جريح وثمانية آلاف مفقود وأسير.
أسفرت الإبادة الجماعية في ليبيا، التي ارتكبتها إيطاليا الاستعمارية، عن فقدان 83 ألف مواطن ليبي مع انخفاض عدد السكان من 225 ألف نسمة إلى 142 ألف مواطن ، وأُجبر نحو 110 آلاف مدني على السير من منازلهم إلى الصحراء القاسية، حيث جرى اعتقالهم في معسكرات مروعة».وذلك خلال الفترة مابين ١٩١١ الى ١٩٤٣

الان وبعد تحرر الدول العربية من الاستعمار العسكرى لم تنسى دول الغرب انها كانت فى يوم من الايام تسيطر على هذه الدول العربية وتنعم بخيراتها فأرادوا ان يحتلونا مرة اخري ولكن هذة المرة لن يفلح الاحتلال العسكرى (الاحتلال الاستراتيجي).
كان يجب فى التفكير فى خطة بديلة وهي الغزو الاقتصادى والثقافي والفكري للدول العربية وهذا النوع من الغزو لا يقل خطورة عن الغزو العسكري بال هو اشد فتكنا وقوى لان يشبه السوس الذى ينخر داخل الخشب دون تدرى.
فتبدأ الدول بالغزو الفكري
حيث يتم إبعاد المسلمين عن دينهم. و القضاء على الحياة الإسلامية. و تفريغ العقول من التفكير في الله إلى التفكير في الأزياء والملابس وقصص الحب. تشكيك المسلمين بالتراث الإسلامي والحضارة الإسلامية ثم يأتي الخطوة الثانية وهي.
الغزو الثقافي
و يهدف إلى استئصال الثقافة الوطنية واجتثاثها. وادخال ثقافة غريبة عن مجتمعنا بعد ان يكون ضمر فكريا بالغزو الفكري والارهابي فيصبح الشعب كالمريض الذي سقط إلى الأرض لايقوى على الحراك؛ ثم تأتي اخر خطوة وهي.
الاحتلال الاقتصادى اوالاستعمار الاقتصادى”
وهو سيطرة الدولة القوية على الدول الضعيفة بعد ان تكون ضمرت فكريا وثقافيا وبسط نفوذها من أجل استغلال مواردها وخيراتها فى المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
ولهذا يدعوا دائما ملتقى الفن والشعر الدولى للسلام الى نشر ثقافة السلام والمحبة ويدعوا جميع اعضاءه بنشر اعمالهم الادبية والفنية والثقافية لتربية ونشأ جيل جديد يعرف معنى الوطنية وحب الوطن. كما يدعوا جميع الاعضاء على اهمية نشر ثقافة وتراث كل بلد ليعلم الجميع ان ثقافتنا الوطنية لن يغيرها.
