أعلنت الجمعية العامة – بموجب قرارها دإط – 8/7 المؤرخ 19/أغسطس 1982 في دورتها الاستثنائية الطارئة السابعة المستأنفة، ونظرا لما روعها من ’’العدد الكبير من الأطفال الفلسطينيين واللبنانيين الأبرياء ضحايا أعمال العدوان التي ترتكبها إسرائيل‘‘ – الاحتفال بيوم 4 حزيران/يونيو من كل عام بوصفه اليوم الدولي لضحايا العدوان من الأطفال الأبرياء.
هنا يظهر اعتراف واضح من الامم المتحدة بما يفعله العدوان الاسرائيلي فى الاطفال وليست فلسطين ولبنان فقط بال اطفال سوريا ايضا لم يسلموا خلال الاعوام الماضية حيث وصل عدد ضحايا العدوان من الأطفال الأبرياء: مقتل 29791 طفلا في سوريا منذ2011 بينهم 181 بسبب التعذيب
ولا ننسى المسبحة التى فعلتها اسرائيل فى مصر عندما هاجمة وقذفة مدرسة للاطفال بمنطقة بحر البقر والتى وخلدت مذبحة بحر البقر الكثير من أسماء الأطفال الشهداء فى تاريخ مصر، و من أسماء الأطفال الشهداء فى تاريخ مصر، ومن هؤلاء التلاميذ الشهداء “حسن محمد السيد الشرقاوى”، و”محسن سالم عبد الجليل محمد”، و”بركات سلامة حماد”، و”إيمان الشبراوى طاهر” و”فاروق إبراهيم الدسوقى هلال”، و” محمود محمد عطية عبدالله”، و”جبر عبدالمجيد فايد نايل”، و” عوض محمد متولى الجوهري”، و” محمد احمد محرم”.
ومن الضحايا أيضا: “نجاة محمد حسن خليل”، و”صلاح محمد إمام قاسم”، و”أحمد عبدالعال السيد”، و”محمد حسن محمد إمام”، و”زينب السيد إبراهيم عوض”، و”محمد السيد إبراهيم عوض” و”محمد صبرى محمد الباهي”، و”عادل جودة رياض كراوية”، و”ممدوح حسنى الصادق محمد”.
إن خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030 توفر لنا المخطط العام العالمي لضمان مستقبل أفضل للأطفال وحددت الخطة لأول مرة هدفًا محددًا ،الهدف 16، لإنهاء جميع أشكال العنف ضد الأطفال، وإنهاء الإساءة لهم وإهمالهم واستغلالهم، وسيدمج في العديد من الأهداف الأخرى المتعلقة بالعنف.
International Day of the Victims of Aggression, Innocent Children.

In its resolution ES-8/7 of 19 August 1982, at its resumed seventh emergency special session, the General Assembly, appalled by “the large number of innocent Palestinian and Lebanese children who are victims of acts of aggression committed by Israel” proclaimed the celebration of 4 June June every year as the International Day of Victims of Aggression by Innocent Children.
Here appears a clear recognition by the United Nations of what the Israeli aggression is doing to children, not only Palestine and Lebanon, but also the children of Syria who have not been spared during the past years, as the number of innocent children victims of the aggression has reached: 29,791 children have been killed in Syria since 2011, including 181 due to torture

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development provides us with the global blueprint for ensuring a better future for children. The plan set for the first time a specific goal, Goal 16, to end all forms of violence against children, and to end abuse, neglect and exploitation of children, and it will be integrated into many other goals related to violence.
