مشروع اعداد جيل من الرياضيين
في إطار اهتمام القيادة السياسية باكتشاف المواهب الرياضية والاستثمار الرياضى فيها، لضرورته القسوي فى منظومة الرياضة المصرية، انطلقت فعاليات اليوم الأول من مشروع اكتشاف المواهب الرياضية في الاسبوع الاخير من الشهر الحالي، بالتنسيق بين مديرية الشباب والرياضة بالإسكندرية برئاسة د.صفاء الشريف وكيل وزارة الشباب والرياضة، ومديرية التربية والتعليم بالإسكندرية برئاسة عربي أبوزيد، وكلية التربية الرياضية بنين برئاسة د.محمد بلال عميد الكلية، وكلية التربية الرياضية بنات برئاسة الدكتورة مها أمين، وتحت رعاية هيئة الرقابة الإدارية بالإسكندرية.
يهدف المشروع لاكتشاف المواهب الرياضية وخلق وإعداد جيل من الرياضيين يمثل مصر في البطولات العالمية والمحافل الدولية.
تم اختيار 900 لاعب ولاعبة تحت رعاية مديرية التربية والتعليم، وتم توقيع الكشف الطبي عليهم من أطباء متخصصين بكلية طب الإسكندرية.
ووجه كل من وزير الشباب الدكتور اشرف صبحي، واللواء محمد الشريف محافظ الإسكندرية بتذليل العقبات أمام تنفيذ هذا المشروع. و من ثم بدأت فعاليات المشروع باختبارات انتقاء المواهب الرياضية، بمركز شباب الحرمين، بحضور متخصصين من كلية التربية الرياضية بنين وبنات، وتم الدفع باللاعبين المتميزين للأندية الرياضية والمشاريع القومية التي تنفذها وزارة الشباب والرياضة، وقد وجهت مديرية الشباب والرياضة بالإسكندرية اللاعبين الاقل في المهارات إلى مراكز الشباب لتصنيفهم طبقا لموهبتهم.

“Discovering sports talents in Alexandria”
A project to prepare a generation of athletes

Within the framework of the political leadership’s interest in discovering sports talent and investing in sports، due to its extreme necessity in the Egyptian sports system, the activities of the first day of the sports talent discovery project were launched in the last week of this month, in coordination between the Youth and Sports Directorate in Alexandria, headed by Dr. Safaa El-Sherif, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Directorate of Education in Alexandria, headed by Arabi Abu Zaid, the College of Physical Education for Boys, headed by Dr. Mohamed Bilal, Dean of the College, and the College of Physical Education for Girls, headed by Dr. Maha Amin, and under the auspices of the Administrative Control Authority in Alexandria.
The project aims to discover sports talent, create and prepare a generation of athletes who will represent Egypt in world championships and international forums.
900 male and female players were selected under the auspices of the Directorate of Education, and a medical examination was conducted on them by specialized doctors at the Alexandria Faculty of Medicine.
The Minister of Youth, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, and Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, instructed to remove obstacles to the implementation of this project. Then, the project activities began with tests to select sports talents, at the Al-Haramain Youth Center, in the presence of specialists from the College of Physical Education for Boys and Girls. Distinguished players were allocated to sports clubs and national projects implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Youth and Sports Directorate in Alexandria directed players with lower skills to centers and were classified according to their talent.
