وزارتا التجارة والصناعة والشباب والرياضة توقعان بروتوكول تعاون لتنسيق ملفات رعاية الشباب والنشء وربطهم بأهداف التنمية الصناعية
وقعت وزارتا التجارة والصناعة والشباب والرياضة بروتوكول تعاون بشأن التنسيق ودعم التكامل بين الوزارتين في عدد من القضايا الخاصة ببناء الإنسان المصري وبصفة خاصة الشباب والنشء وربطهم بأهداف التنمية الصناعية،
وقد وقع الاتفاق المهندس/ أحمد سمير وزير التجارة والصناعة والدكتور/ أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة.
وقال المهندس/ أحمد سمير وزير التجارة والصناعة إن توقيع هذا البروتوكول الذي يستمر لمدة 3 سنوات يأتي في إطار رؤية الوزارة للنهوض بالتنمية الصناعية باعتبارها قاطرة التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة والمستدامة
في مصر التي تلبي الطلب المحلي وتدعم نمو الصادرات لتتبوأ مصر مكانة لائقة على خريطة الاقتصاد العالمي وتصبح قادرة على التكيف مع المتغيرات العالمية من خلال توفير المناخ الملائم للنمو الصناعي المستدام القائم على تعزيز التنافسية والتنوع والمعرفة والابتكار وتوفير فرص العمل اللائقة للشباب وتوطين الصناعات الصغيرة.
ومن جانبه، أكد الدكتور أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة إن هذا البروتوكول سيفتح آفاق التعاون المثمر مع وزارة التجارة والصناعة، وأهمها تمكين الشباب وتوطين الصناعات الصغيرة،
مشيرًا أن وزارة الشباب والرياضة تستهدف خلال كافة أنشطتها تحقيق الريادة والتميز في الارتقاء بجودة حياة الشباب المصري وتطوير نمط حياتهم من خلال محاور التنمية الشاملة الشبابية والرياضية،
بما يعزز من روح الإنتماء والفخر بالهوية المصرية، كما أن الوزارة تتولي وضع السياسات والخطط والبرامج اللازمة لإنجاز المهام المناطة بها وتنفيذها، وتجميع طاقات الشباب حول أهداف الدولة والمبادئ العامة لها وتكريس قيم الوحدة الوطنية ومفاهيمها.
وبموجب البروتوكول ستقوم الوزارتان بالتنسيق في تأسيس غرفة لصناعات الرياضة ، الى جانب التعاون في توفير الفرص المتاحة حالياً ومستقبلاً من المجمعات الصناعية الصغيرة والورش الصناعية للشباب بمختلف محافظات الجمهورية
وفق الية عمل مشتركة بين الوزارتين، والتعاون في إدراج كافة الخدمات والأنشطة والبرامج التي تقدمها وزارة التجارة والصناعة والجهات التابعة لها للشباب على المنصة الوطنية للشباب “كياني”.
ويتضمن البرتوكول الاتفاق أيضا على دعم مركز تحديث الصناعة لتنفيذ برنامج تدريبي لإعداد مدربين لدعم القدرات التسويقية والتصديرية وزيادة القدرة التنافسية لأصحاب المنتجات اليدوية والحرفية والتراثية بمراكز الشباب،
وقيام المركز بإعداد دراسة علمية حول المستوي الصناعي الحالي والمأمول حول ذلك، وكذا تنفيذ برنامج معايشة تبادلي لمدة اسبوع لعدد 30 شاب وشابة من برنامج الدبلوماسية الشبابية بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، بكل من جهاز التمثيل التجاري وقطاع الاتفاقيات والتجارة الخارجية بوزارة التجارة والصناعة.
كما يتضمن البرتوكول التعاون في إعداد اول مواصفة مصرية للجودة في العمل الشبابي من خلال الجهة التي تحددها وزارة التجارة والصناعة، بحيث يتم اعتماد مراكز الشباب ومراكز التنمية الشبابية من الجهة المختصة وفق تلك المواصفة،
إلى جانب تعزيز إشراك خريجي مصلحة الكفاية الإنتاجية بملتقيات التوظيف التي تنفذها وزارة الشباب والرياضة وكذا التعاون المشترك في تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي “الاقتصاديين الشباب”
بالتعاون مع معهد التخطيط القومي، بالإضافة الى عقد المؤتمرات والندوات واللقاءات للتوعية بالقضايا الاقتصادية والصناعية المختلفة التي تمس الشباب والنشء، وتبادل الثقافة والمعرفة بين المشاركين.
ويتضمن البرتوكول ايضاً تشكيل لجنة مشتركة لمتابعة كافة الأعمال الناتجة عن التعاون القائم بموجب البروتوكول والمشروعات والبرامج المنفذة والوقوف على مدى تنفيذ كل طرف لالتزاماته في ظل تفعيل بنود ذلك البروتوكول.

The Ministries of Trade and Industry and Youth and Sports signed a cooperation protocol regarding coordination and supporting integration between the two ministries on a number of issues related to building the Egyptian human being, especially youth and adolescents, and linking them to industrial development goals. The agreement was signed by Engineer Ahmed Samir, Minister of Trade and Industry, and Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports.
Engineer Ahmed Samir, Minister of Trade and Industry, said that the signing of this protocol, which will last for 3 years, comes within the framework of the Ministry’s vision to advance industrial development as the engine of comprehensive and sustainable economic development in Egypt that meets local demand and supports the growth of exports so that Egypt occupies a decent position on the map of the global economy and becomes capable To adapt to global changes by providing the appropriate climate for sustainable industrial growth based on enhancing competitiveness, diversity, knowledge, and innovation, providing decent job opportunities for youth, and localizing small industries.
For his part, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, confirmed that this protocol will open horizons for fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the most important of which is empowering youth and localizing small industries, noting that the Ministry of Youth and Sports aims, through all its activities, to achieve leadership and excellence in improving the quality of life of Egyptian youth and developing their lifestyle. Through the axes of comprehensive youth and sports development, in a way that enhances the spirit of belonging and pride in Egyptian identity, the Ministry is also responsible for developing the policies, plans and programs necessary to accomplish and implement the tasks assigned to it, and gathering the energies of youth around the state’s goals and general principles and devoting the values and concepts of national unity.
According to the protocol, the two ministries will coordinate in establishing a chamber for sports industries, in addition to cooperating in providing current and future opportunities available from small industrial complexes and industrial workshops for youth in various governorates of the Republic according to a joint work mechanism between the two ministries, and cooperating in including all services, activities and programs provided by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the authorities. Its youth affiliate on the national youth platform “Kyani”.
The protocol also includes an agreement to support the Industrial Modernization Center to implement a training program to prepare trainers to support marketing and export capabilities and increase the competitiveness of owners of handicraft, craft and heritage products in youth centers, and for the center to prepare a scientific study on the current and hoped-for industrial level in this regard, as well as implementing an exchange living program for a week for a number of people. 30 young men and women from the Youth Diplomacy Program at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in both the Commercial Representation Service and the Agreements and Foreign Trade Sector of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

The protocol also includes cooperation in preparing the first Egyptian standard for quality in youth work through the body specified by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, so that youth centers and youth development centers are accredited by the competent authority in accordance with that standard, in addition to enhancing the involvement of graduates of the Productive Efficiency Department in employment forums implemented by the Ministry. Youth and sports, as well as joint cooperation in implementing the training program “Young Economists” in cooperation with the National Planning Institute, in addition to holding conferences, seminars and meetings to raise awareness of the various economic and industrial issues that affect youth and young people, and to exchange culture and knowledge among the participants.
The protocol also includes the formation of a joint committee to follow up on all work resulting from the existing cooperation under the protocol and the projects and programs implemented and to determine the extent to which each party has implemented its obligations in light of the activation of the provisions of that protocol.
